Ryanair Future Flyer Academy: how the programme works

Astonfly1 min read

The Ryanair Future Flyer Academy programme is an airline-focused path from the outset. Selection is joint between Astonfly and Ryanair: after the assessments held on campus, the application is passed to the airline, which makes the final decision.

What the programme includes

The course covers the full airline pilot training, with an APS MCC held in Dublin, and integrates the airline’s standards throughout.

At the end of training, the programme provides a conditional job offer: it depends on meeting the airline’s criteria, not just on obtaining the diploma.

The difference with Multi Airlines

Multi Airlines doesn’t steer you towards a single airline: it prepares you for selections across the whole market, with an APS MCC in Dublin or Berlin depending on the programme.

Neither path guarantees an individual job: each airline applies its own recruitment criteria.
